If you’ve already completed a 200-hour YTTC, our 300-hour yoga teacher training course will help you gain mastery and expertise in various aspects of yoga, anatomy, and physiology as well as deepen your understanding of yogic philosophy. In 23 days of instruction over four weeks, this intensive training course provides an immersive experience in daily yoga practice and lifestyle alongside lessons about necessary practical and management skills required as a yoga instructor.

In this course you’ll build upon your knowledge of the eight limbs of yoga, chakras, and nadis, helping you understand the logic and reasoning behind your physical practices. Yoga teachers must be well-versed not only the physical aspects of human physiology and anatomy but also spiritual ones such as prana, chakras and nadis. This enables you to identify errors and injuries in your students, and help to prevent them before they happen.

Yoga Alliance requires yoga teachers to complete 500 hours of yoga teacher training in order to teach 200-hour YTTCs. Completing our 300-hour Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher training course allows you to upgrade from a yoga teacher to a yoga teacher trainer.
